Eve VPS is built for developers, marketers, automation engineers and IT professionals who need reliable, high-performance infrastructure without the friction of hyperscale clouds. These guidelines explain what is and isn't allowed on our platform.
Acceptable use
We welcome automation, testing and demanding workloads, as long as they don't harm other users or external networks.
Allowed and encouraged:
- Marketing and SEO tooling: Screaming Frog, Puppeteer, Selenium and analytics dashboards.
- Social media management: Content schedulers, social media managers and ad trackers.
- Trading and automation: Trading algorithms, crypto nodes and trading bots.
- Development and workspaces: Isolated environments for teams, agencies and remote development.
Strictly prohibited:
- Malicious activity: DDoS attacks, botnets, malware distribution or credential stuffing.
- Unlawful scraping: Aggressive scraping that ignores
robots.txt, or scraping protected personal data. - Spam and phishing: Bulk unsolicited email or hosting phishing pages.
- Email sending: Outbound SMTP port 25 is blocked on all VPS servers, and all email-related activities, including bulk email sending, are strictly prohibited.

Any illegal activity, including but not limited to spam, is not allowed on the platform and will result in service cancellation.
How we handle abuse reports: We investigate before we act. A member of our team reviews every report. Unless the activity is clearly illegal or is degrading our network, we will warn you and work with you to resolve it before taking action against your server. Report abuse to [email protected].
Uptime and support
- 99.9% uptime target for our core network and hypervisors. Planned maintenance and incidents are posted on our Network Status page.
- Real people, fast replies: We typically answer technical and billing tickets within 15 to 30 minutes during support hours.
Billing and cancellations
- Flat-rate pricing: The price you see is the price you pay, with unmetered bandwidth and no overage charges.
- Fast provisioning: Credentials in your inbox within 30 minutes of payment, typically within 5.
- Easy cancellation: Cancel anytime from the client area. No retention hoops or phone calls.
Security and privacy
- KVM virtualization: Hardware-level isolation. No other customer can access your RAM, CPU or storage.
- DDoS protection: Layer 4 mitigation is included on every plan.
- Data privacy: We never sell your personal data, and we collect only what we need to process payments and provide the service.
