This Privacy Policy explains how EVERVPS INC, operating as Eve VPS ("we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website, client area and services.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address and billing address.
- Payment records: cryptocurrency payments are processed by our payment provider, NOWPayments. We keep only the invoice details needed to confirm and account for each payment (such as amount, date, status and transaction reference). We do not store card numbers or wallet private keys.
- Support messages: anything you send us in support tickets or emails.
Information collected automatically
- Access logs: the IP address, browser type and time you access the client area, used to keep your account secure and prevent fraud.
- Service usage: resource usage of your server (CPU, memory, network traffic) used for operations, billing and abuse prevention.
- Cookies: essential cookies that keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We may also use analytics to understand how our website is used, in aggregated form.
What we do not collect: we do not access, monitor or analyze the files, databases or software on your server, except where we are legally required to.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and deliver your servers.
- To process payments, issue invoices and manage account credit.
- To provide support and answer your questions.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and attacks on our network.
- To send service notices, renewal reminders and security alerts.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the services you ordered), legal obligation (tax and accounting records) and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service communications and improving our website).
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Payment provider: NOWPayments, to process your payments.
- Infrastructure and network providers: the datacenters that host our servers, and Cloudflare, which protects and delivers our website. They may process network-level data such as IP addresses but do not receive your account details or server contents.
- Authorities: law enforcement or regulators, only when required by a valid legal order or to protect against serious harm.
4. International transfers
EVERVPS INC is based in the United States. Your account and billing information may be stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

- receive your information in a portable format;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security
We protect your information with access controls, encrypted connections and isolated infrastructure. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication on your account.
