Find Your Server Credentials

After you place an order, your server credentials are delivered automatically, usually within a few minutes.

1. Wait for deployment to complete

Once your payment is confirmed, your server starts provisioning automatically. Most orders are deployed within 5 minutes; some can take up to 30 minutes depending on the operating system. Please allow 30 minutes before contacting support.

2. Check your email

When your server is ready, you will receive an email containing your server's IP address, the username (root) and the password.

3. Check your spam or junk folder

Email providers sometimes misclassify automated messages. Before contacting support:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.
  • Search your inbox for emails from Eve VPS.
  • Mark our emails as "Not Spam" and add us to your safe senders list.

4. Reset your server password

If you can't find the email, generate a new password from the client area:

  1. Log in to the client area and make sure your service shows as Active.
  2. Open the service details page.
  3. Click Reset Server Password and wait 1 to 2 minutes.

A new password is generated and emailed to you automatically.

5. Reinstall the server

If resetting the password doesn't help, you can reinstall the server from your service page. A fresh installation usually completes within 5 minutes and new credentials are emailed to you.

Warning: Reinstalling permanently erases all data on the server.

Still can't access your server?

If you have waited at least 30 minutes, checked your spam folder, reset the password and reinstalled the server, open a support ticket. Include your service ID and any screenshots so we can help faster.
