The client area is your central hub for managing your Eve VPS account. From here you can view your servers, pay invoices, open support tickets and upgrade your services.
Logging in
Go to dash.evevps.com and log in with the email address and password you set during checkout.
Your dashboard
- Quick stats: Counters for your services, unpaid invoices and open support tickets.
- Active products/services: A list of your servers. Click Manage to open any of them.
- Services renewing soon: Renew services that are approaching their due date.
- Recent support tickets: Your latest conversations with our support team.
Managing a service
Click Manage on an active service to open its product details page:
- Server overview: Hostname, IP address and power controls. The Control Panel button opens the dedicated server panel for advanced management.
- Billing details: Registration date, recurring price and next due date.
- Actions menu (left sidebar):
- Upgrade/Downgrade: Move to a larger or smaller plan.
- Renew Service: Pay for your next billing cycle early.
- Request Cancellation: Cancel your server subscription.
